Alaimo Chiara, born July 30, 1998, of italian origin and of french and belgian nationality, began her piano studies at the age of 5 years with the russian teachers Lucine Revondian and Maria Andreieva.

Then she joined Professor Jean-Paul Wittek to the Academy of St. Agatha Berchem where she studied for six years before joining Professor Stephanie Salmin-Solot at the conservatory Florence-Balthazar of Namur where she receives their courses since 5 years.

It is in 2014 that Chiara , aged 16 , joined the class of Professor Aleksandar Madzar, internationally renowned pianist, at the Brussels Royal Conservatory in the "young talent" section.

At the same time she studied chamber music with Professor Marc Henne.

She has participated in many competitions, including the International Epta Competition in 2010 and 2012, the national competition in 2012 of Liège, the Namur national competition in 2012, the Steinway & Sons competition in Antwerp and Brussels Classissimo competition in 2013 where she received two 2nd prices in higher categories.

In 2014, Chiara has won a first prize at Belfius classics competition.
